These Terms of Service are a general product template for Snapfzz’s public launch. Before release, have qualified counsel review them for your business entity, jurisdiction, commercial model, and any App Store requirements that apply to your distribution.
Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Snapfzz website, iPhone application, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter into these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. You are responsible for your device, network access, provider accounts, and the security of credentials you choose to configure.
The service
Snapfzz is a client-side generative AI workspace for iPhone. It may provide conversational interfaces, local storage, voice input, attachments, provider configuration, model selection, and other features. Features may change, be added, or be discontinued over time.
Snapfzz does not promise that every feature, model, provider, or endpoint will be available in every location, at every time, or on every device.
Third-party providers
You may use Snapfzz with on-device intelligence or configure third-party AI providers and compatible endpoints. Your relationship with each third-party provider is governed by that provider’s own terms, privacy policy, pricing, and usage limits. You are responsible for all charges, permissions, and obligations associated with your provider accounts and keys.
Snapfzz is not responsible for the availability, performance, output, policies, security, or actions of third-party providers or your own endpoints.
Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to violate law, infringe rights, interfere with others, bypass security, distribute malware, generate or facilitate fraud, or otherwise misuse the Service. You may not reverse engineer, copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service except where applicable law expressly permits it.
You must follow the rules of any provider or endpoint you connect through Snapfzz. We may restrict or suspend access where we reasonably believe use violates these Terms, applicable law, or the rights or safety of others.
Your content and AI output
You retain ownership of content you submit to Snapfzz, subject to any rights needed to operate the Service on your device. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit prompts, files, images, voice recordings, and other material.
Generative AI can produce inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, or non-unique output. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying output before relying on, sharing, publishing, or acting on it. Do not use the Service as a substitute for professional advice in medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, or other high-stakes situations.
Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SNAPFZZ DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR THAT OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE OR FIT FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SNAPFZZ AND ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF USD $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
Termination and changes
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, or suspend or terminate access, where reasonably necessary to protect the Service, comply with law, or address a breach of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
We may update these Terms. The updated Terms will be posted here with a revised effective date. Your continued use after an update becomes effective means you accept the updated Terms, unless applicable law requires a different process.
Governing law and contact
